Terms of Service for Luma Financial Australia

2. Service Delivery & Collaboration

• General Nature of Service: Luma Financial provides financial strategy roadmaps and tools tailored to your situation.

• Communication: Due to our low-cost, high-volume nature, we only offer support and communication through our dashboard, live chat, or email—no calls.

• Client Responsibilities: Successful service delivery relies on timely, honest, and detailed feedback.

• Onboarding Delays: If you do not complete the onboarding questionnaire, it does not warrant a refund.

3. Fees, Payments & Cancellations

• Payment Terms: Fees for services are payable in full, in advance.

• Authorisation: You authorise Luma Financial to charge your credit card for the fees listed.

• Non-Refundable Policy: By signing up, you acknowledge that all services are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of personalised, digital services and manual labour.

• Cancellation: Cancellation can be done at any time inside the Customer Account.

• No Prorated Refunds: Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations.

4. Warranty Disclaimers & Indemnity

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Luma Financial disclaims all warranties related to this Agreement, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee satisfaction, financial results, or specific financial outcomes.

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous one (1) billing period.

• Client Indemnity: You indemnify Luma Financial and its affiliates from losses, costs, or damages arising from any breach of this Agreement or claims regarding the use of information provided.

5. Data & Confidentiality

• Privacy: Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your data via Wix and Google.

• Confidentiality: We commit to using your confidential information solely for the purpose of delivering our services and taking reasonable steps to ensure this information is kept secure.

6. Disputes & Governing Law

• Credit Card Disputes: Charges are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days.

• Legal Action: We will vigorously pursue any client who breaches the terms and conditions, including escalating unpaid invoices via legal action even if a bank dispute is won.

• Governing Law: This Agreement is the entire understanding between parties and is governed by Australian law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business and practices. Your continued use of the Service after we publish changes means that you are consenting to the changes.
